About Next Chapter 505

Next Chapter 505 is a national NIL agency founded by Kurt L. Roth and Nancee Marquez. We evolved from running the most successful NIL Collective in the Mountain West Conference, where we signed 300+ student-athletes and managed $4M+ in annual budgets. With 30+ years of combined basketball and media relationships, we bring serious, business-minded representation to a space that moves fast and often lacks guardrails.

Our approach is hands-on: strategy first, compliance-aware and relationship-driven.
